Shoreline Cabinets provides custom cabinetry design, manufacturing, and installation services for residential and commercial clients.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • All estimates are based on the information provided at the time and may change if project scope changes.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Final payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

3. Project Changes

Any changes to materials, design, or scope after approval may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

4. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the project site. Delays caused by restricted access, other contractors, or unforeseen conditions may affect timelines.

5. Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us via phone, email, and SMS/text regarding your project. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Call Recording

Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and documentation purposes.

7. Warranties & Limitations

  • We stand behind the quality of our workmanship; specific warranty details may be provided in your project agreement.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications by others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoreline Cabinets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun. Cancellation terms may be outlined in your project agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
